LCC ELECTIONS - April 8th, 2010
Officers:
President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
These are all one year positions.
Board of Directors:
Two three year positions are available.
A Nominating Position Paper will be posted March 1st on office doors and front doors.
IMPORTANT: Amendments to Bylaws regarding election of officers and board of directors follows:
ART. III, OFFICERS, Sec. 2, Page 5, Bylaws
Qualifications. Each Officer shall be a member in good standing of the Lillian Community Club for a minimum of one (1) year and a full time resident of the area.
ART. VII, DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, Sec. 3, Page 11, Bylaws
Qualifications. Each Director shall be a member in good standing of the Lillian Community Club and a full time resident of the area.
This means no matter where members live, if qualifications are met as stated above, any member may run for office. We welcome all interested individuals. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office or a current Officer or Board member.
